Any child that has an appointment between April 16th and May 30th has a chance to enter our raffle!
- If you arrive at least five minutes early to your appointment, you’ll automatically be entered

If your child is not due for their preventive care visit now, has no pending treatment or sealants. No need to worry! Here is a list of other ways to enter:
- Wear star wars gear or bring your favorite star wars toy/lego to your appointment

- Mention us in a photo on Facebook of your star wars toys/gear
